Same-day delivery is available for orders placed by 11:00 a.m. Orders received after 11:00 a.m. may be delivered the following business day. We understand the importance of sympathy arrangements and make every effort to ensure funeral flowers are delivered before scheduled services. We recommend placing funeral orders as early as possible to guarantee timely delivery. Deliveries to hospitals, nursing homes, schools, businesses, and other facilities are subject to the policies and operating hours of those locations. If a delivery cannot be completed due to facility restrictions or recipient unavailability, we will contact the customer whenever possible.
Occasionally, certain flowers, plants, containers, or gift items may be unavailable due to seasonal conditions or supplier availability. In these cases, Flower Country reserves the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style, color palette, and quality of the original design. During periods of severe weather, hazardous road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control, delivery times may be delayed.
