Deliveries to hospitals, nursing homes, schools, businesses, and other facilities are subject to the policies and operating hours of those locations. If a delivery cannot be completed due to facility restrictions or recipient unavailability, we will contact the customer whenever possible.

During periods of severe weather, hazardous road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control, delivery times may be delayed.
