Deliveries to hospitals, nursing homes, schools, businesses, and other facilities are subject to the policies and operating hours of those locations. If a delivery cannot be completed due to facility restrictions or recipient unavailability, we will contact the customer whenever possible.
Occasionally, certain flowers, plants, containers, or gift items may be unavailable due to seasonal conditions or supplier availability. In these cases, Flower Country reserves the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style, color palette, and quality of the original design. During periods of severe weather, hazardous road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control, delivery times may be delayed. The safety of our customers and staff is our highest priority, and we will make every effort to complete deliveries as soon as conditions allow.
